Online booking for our 2023 events is now available with secure payments via PayPal. Online pre-booking closes at midnight on the Friday a week before each event.

Players can create their characters and spend their experience points via GCMS – new players should message our Facebook page or email god@greencloaks.co.uk to request a login. To enable your player pack to be pre-prepared, please update your character in GCMS by the booking deadline for each event.

Concessionary Discounts

Anyone who is a full time student, a pensioner, or receives state benefits as their main income is eligible for a discount of £5 per event. Use code (STUDENT2023) at the checkout These discounts are not cumulative, and you must provide proof of your eligibility. You must bring this to each event for which you claim a discount, or you may scan and email it to god@greencloaks.co.uk to save time at events.
